We start with research…
Initially, your task is to decide what you want your project to deliver. JMB recommends the early involvement of an architect who can both guide you through the required formalities and prepare suitably detailed drawings for both us and the Local Authority (if planning permission is required). We are able to provide recommendations at your request.
Face to Face
Experience has shown that this is vital to help make the drawings come alive and enable the team at JMB to understand and define exactly what it is you would like to achieve from your building project.
Making it Happen
Once the project is clearly defined, JMB will provide you with a comprehensive quotation detailing the cost, an indication of how long the job should take and when it might be possible to start. This ensures that all parties know and agree how the project is planned to run from the outset.
The JMB building process
Once instructed, JMB will be able to propose an actual start date for your project allowing you time to make necessary preparations. The team at JMB endeavours to deliver your project as agreed and planned but recognises the need for flexibility along the way. Through regular updates and meetings with you, any required adaptations or concerns can be raised and addressed as smoothly as possible.
